On Wings of Steam

Some say there is only one kind of magic: that of wholly organic things, that of life and death. However, we don't believe that is true. We believe in another type of magic as well- that of pistons and gears, of lights and steam. The magic of inorganic things, of artificial things, man-made things, is just as real... just as noteworthy.

We have brought together fifteen of the most talented writers in the genre to show one flourish or the other, each wondrous and exciting. And then there are the stories in between, showing what happens when these magics collide, how they learn to adapt and cooperate together. Come and hear the steam engines roar, see the amethyst axes cut down enemies; come and see the fae fly, balloons soar and dreams reach the heavens...
